At Petals & Pastry, we work hard to ensure every order brings joy. Since our products are freshly prepared and time-sensitive, we follow a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

🕒 Before Order Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will process the cancellation.

🚫 After Order Processing / Dispatch

  • Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

  • This is because our cakes, flowers, and personalized gifts are made fresh and cannot be reused.

Refund Policy

✅ Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled successfully before processing

  • The product delivered was damaged, incorrect, or not as per the order

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part

In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images (if applicable).

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

  • Minor design or color variations (especially in flowers)

  • Taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction

  • Orders that are delivered successfully as per the order details

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
